Can I get paid from Iraq?

Hard. None of the seller platforms we track list Iraq for sellers/payouts.

Stripe: No Stripe does not support businesses based in Iraq directly. The common workaround is a US company (see the US LLC route below), if your situation allows it.

The US LLC route

Non-US founders can form a US LLC or C-Corp remotely, get an EIN, open a US bank account (e.g. Mercury) and then open Stripe US. Rough costs below; state fees, registered agent renewals, US tax filings (e.g. Form 5472 for foreign-owned single-member LLCs) and your home-country tax obligations come on top.

Mercury for founders residing in Iraq: No Founders residing here are on Mercury's prohibited/sanctioned list (based on residence, not citizenship).
